Seeking an HR Manager to oversee personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. The HR Manager plays a critical role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting strategic organizational goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with employment laws.
Recruitment Management: Manage the recruitment and selection process, including hiring HR personnel and overseeing employee onboarding.
Workforce Coordination: Coordinate with departmental leaders to address staffing needs, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
Training and Development: Develop and administer employee training programs to enhance skills and performance.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, payroll management, and employee benefits programs.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, handle grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Management: Conduct performance management processes, including reviews, goal-setting, and improvement plans.
